Strawberry Bellinis are an ideal champagne mixed drink for gatherings or informal breakfast. Lovely pink shading, brilliant strawberry season, they're a wonderful bend on the customary mixed drink.

These lovely Strawberry Bellinis are one of my preferred mixed drinks for informal breakfast, young ladies' evenings, occasions, and so on! The exquisite pink shading makes this a perfect mixed drink for a child shower or pre-wedding party, and the flavor is light, sweet, and bubbly. Strawberry darlings will venerate this superb bend on an exemplary mixed drink.

Customary Bellinis are a champagne mixed drink that consolidates the shimmering liquor with peach nectar. This formula is much the same as that, lone I make it with strawberry syrup. YUM! The sweet syrup is extremely simple to make with just three fixings! Simply join ready strawberries, sugar and water in a sauce skillet and bubble while blending continually. At that point let it cool. I love setting it out in a pretty dressing holder with a container of champagne and let visitors blend their own mixed drinks. It requires almost no exertion and looks lovely on an early lunch table.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 TBSPs granulated sugar
  • chilled champagne I used a sparkling moscato
  • fresh strawberries to garnish optional

Instructions :

  1. Combine the strawberries, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil. To make a clearer syrup, remove the strawberries, and allow the syrup to cool completely.
  2. Otherwise, break up the strawberries with a fork and allow the syrup to boil for about three minutes over low heat, stirring often. Transfer to a blender, blend, and strain through a mesh strainer. For a cleaner syrup, strain through a cheese cloth.
  3. Allow the syrup to cool completely. To do this faster, transfer to a mason jar, fill a large bowl with ice, and put the mason jar in the bowl with top open, rim above the ice.
  4. Pour a small amount of strawberry syrup (once cooled) in the bottom of a champagne flute and fill with champagne.
