Ingredients :

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, not canned (or other dairy free milk like almond milk or oat milk)
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut cream (optional, for added creaminess, or Silk dairy free heavy cream)
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon creamy SunButter (no sugar added SunButter for low carb)
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (Stevia or Swerve for low carb)
  • Splash vanilla extract
  • Stevia drops, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Put all the ingredients in a small blender (I use a Nutribullet) and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a mug and heat in the microwave for about 1 to 1-1/2 minutes until it is as hot as you like.
  3. Top with dairy free whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!
