Wondrously Fluffy Vegan Banana Pancakes, unimaginably simple to make with a pounded banana and a bunch of wash room staples! Made in 1 bowl.

I love having a couple of staple plans for when bananas are getting excessively ready. On the off chance that you have earthy colored bananas, make a few flapjacks! I don't think about you, yet we have a ton of banana eaters in my home. The multi year old loves them, and my more seasoned girl eats one for all intents and purposes each prior night bed. So I will in general pull out all the stops and purchase a great deal of bananas! Yet, regardless, there's constantly a banana or two that get excessively ready before we get to them.

You could feel free to make my Easy Vegan Banana Bread, which would be a fantastic decision. Or on the other hand you could prepare a clump of these heavenly flapjacks! I kept this formula as simple as could be expected under the circumstances, with only a bunch of fixings. They are nutritious, as well, particularly on the off chance that you decide on entire grain flour. The formula just calls for 2 tablespoons of oil, however you could even exclude that on the off chance that you need and make them oil free.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana, | about 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, | white, whole wheat pastry or white whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions :

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana. Use a measuring cup to make sure you have about 1/2 cup mashed banana.
  2. Now add the soy milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the flour to the wet ingredients, then sprinkle the baking powder, salt and cinnamon (if using) on top of the flour. Mix until just combined with a wooden spoon. The batter will be lumpy.
  4. Heat a large griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Drop about 1/3 cup of the batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all the remaining batter.
  5. Serve with vegan butter, pure maple syrup and more sliced bananas. These pancakes freeze well, and the recipe can be easily double, tripled or quadrupled.
