BEER BRAT BITES #appetizers #snacks #creamcheese #wontons #lunch

These lager whelp nibbles are delicious bratwurst hotdogs that are flame broiled to flawlessness, at that point cut and hurled in a brew coat. A simple canapé that is certain to be the hit of any occasion party!

Bratwurst and lager are an exemplary flavor mix; I've transformed this well known dish into a simple bite that is extraordinary for parties, football match-ups, or as a healthy bite.

Occasion engaging doesn't need to be tedious. As much as I love cooking and engaging, I don't adore going through hours in the kitchen as opposed to associating with loved ones. These brew whelp chomps are an interpretation of the conventional bratwurst cooked in lager, and they make a generous and unforeseen nibble for any occasion gathering. They're so natural to make as well!

This formula is made simple with the assistance of the Johnsonville Sizzling Sausage Grill. I completely love my Sizzling Sausage Grill and I've bought a couple to give as occasion blessings as well!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Johnsonville Bratwurst Sausages
  • 1 12 ounce bottle beer
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the bratwurst sausages in the Sizzling Sausage Grill and cook until done.
  2. While the sausages are cooking, make the sauce. Place the beer and brown sugar in a pot over medium high heat; bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture is reduced and thickened. Whisk in the mustard until smooth.
  3. Whisk the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water and pour into the beer mixture. Bring the beer to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick.
  4. Slice the sausages into 1 inch pieces and add them to the pot with the sauce; toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
