I live around 30 miles from the school that I instruct at, which implies that I invest a not too bad measure of energy driving to and from work. It's disappointing to consider the hours I invest driving as lost energy, so I attempt to discover approaches to make my drive progressively charming. I used to tune in to book recordings that I'd look at from the library, yet of late I've been tuning in to digital broadcasts and adoring it. My top picks are web recordings about blogging and parenthood.

Since coming back to work after my maternity leave I've been making up for lost time with scenes of The Chopped Podcast. In the event that you're not a nourishment blogger, at that point this digital broadcast most likely won't intrigue you much, and on the off chance that you are, at that point you're presumably previously tuning in.

  • ¼ cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cup mashed ripe banana about 2 medium
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  2. Stir the oats, white whole wheat flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Place the coconut oil in a microwave-safe liquid measuring cup or bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted. Whisk in the honey, mashed banana, and vanilla. Whisk in the egg.
